Code execution via NSIS command search order

Untrusted search path in Electron Userland electron-builder before 24.13.2 allows local users to execute code through Windows NSIS installers. The allowOnlyOneInstallerInstance.nsh template passes bare cmd invocations to NSExec, which searches the installer's directory before the system path. Exploitation requires local placement of a malicious cmd.exe beside an installer and a user to run it; the payload then executes with installer privileges.
