SQL injection via incomplete regex quote escaping

SQL injection in Parse Server before 6.5.0 and 7.0.0-alpha.1 through 7.0.0-alpha.19 allows remote attackers to read or alter PostgreSQL data. The PostgreSQL adapter's literalizeRegexPart function escaped only the first embedded single quote, leaving later quotes able to terminate the SQL literal and append attacker-controlled statements. A PostgreSQL-backed deployment is required; no session or user interaction is required, and injected statements execute with the database account's permissions.
