Cross-site scripting in IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty 23.0.0.3 through 24.0.0.3 allows remote attackers to inject JavaScript. With servlet-6.0 enabled, the affected URI handling embeds attacker-controlled JavaScript in a response without neutralizing it; IBM has not disclosed the specific code locus. Exploitation requires a victim to follow the crafted URI, after which the script runs in the victim's browser and can read or alter data available to that session.
