CVE-2024-27239Network attack vector

Authenticated client denial of service via use-after-free

Published Feb 25, 2025 · Updated Oct 1, 2025

Use-after-free in Zoom Workplace Apps before 5.17.11 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt the client over a network. The current CNA identifies freed-memory reuse, while Zoom's bulletin still describes division by zero and discloses neither the affected component nor the attacker-controlled input. Authenticated network access is required, and the reported consequence is limited to client denial of service.
