Local privilege escalation via unchecked policy update

An out-of-bounds write in Android 13's ACPM update_policy_data function allows local users to elevate privileges without user interaction. The function writes updated policy data without checking the destination buffer bounds, so crafted data can overwrite adjacent memory. Exploitation requires low-privileged code already running on an affected Pixel device and can grant higher privileges or corrupt device state.
