Stored XSS via nonce-free optionsPage requests

Cross-site request forgery in Watermark RELOADED 1.3.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to store script code via a crafted request. The optionsPage function accepts settings changes without nonce validation, and the plugin renders stored setting values without escaping, enabling injected attributes. A logged-in administrator must open attacker-controlled content; the resulting script runs in the WordPress administrative context.
