Root code execution via writable CISSM configuration

Incorrect default permissions in Toshiba Tec e-STUDIO MFPs allow local users to execute arbitrary code as root through the CISSM service manager. The root-run cissm process reads a world-writable ssm.xml configuration and executes its service entries at boot and every three minutes. Exploitation requires write access to the appliance filesystem; a separate remote file-write path can provide that access.
