Local JMX credential theft via RMI registry manipulation

Improper authentication in Apache Cassandra 4.0.2 through 5.0.2 on Java 11 allows local users to capture JMX credentials. The JMX RMI registry accepts local manipulation, allowing an attacker-controlled endpoint to interpose on authenticated JMX connections and record submitted usernames and passwords. Local host access without Cassandra process or configuration-file access is sufficient; captured credentials permit unauthorized JMX operations.
