CVE-2024-27113Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated database export via over-privileged public session

Published Sep 11, 2024 · Updated Mar 11, 2025

Authorization bypass in SOPlanning before 1.52.02 allows remote attackers to export the application database without authentication. With non-default public view enabled, header.inc grants requests bearing public=1 a session as the over-privileged publicspl user, and process/backup.php accepts that session for CSV export. No credentials or session cookie are required, and the exported tables expose user, configuration, project, task, place, and resource data.
