Authenticated code execution via configuration path traversal

Path traversal in the ESPHome 2023.12.9 dashboard allows remote authenticated users to read and write files in its configuration directory. EditRequestHandler passes the configuration parameter through settings.rel_path() to file operations without restricting its resolved parent or extension. Dashboard credentials are required; a written Python script executes during firmware compilation or flashing, exposing device secrets and granting code execution on the dashboard host.
