Crash via NULL domain dereference during device release

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 5.18 through 6.8.1 allows local users to crash the kdump kernel during VT-d device release. In deferred_attach mode, intel_iommu_release_device attempts to lock info->domain even though that pointer can remain unassigned. Reachability requires an Intel VT-d kdump kernel and a device-release path; the resulting crash can prevent crash-dump capture.
