Kernel memory exhaustion via incomplete allocation cleanup

Memory leak in the Linux kernel V4L2 test-pattern generator allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through allocation failures. The tpg_alloc function returns immediately when a looped vzalloc call fails, leaving buffers from earlier iterations allocated because cleanup occurred only after successful allocation. Reaching the flaw requires local access to a V4L2 path that invokes the test-pattern generator, and repeated failures can degrade availability without affecting data confidentiality or integrity.
