Kernel compromise via ttpci attach cleanup failures

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel ttpci driver allows local users with DVB device access to compromise or crash the kernel. On saa7146_register_device or saa7146_vv_init failure, budget_av_attach returns without releasing allocations and registrations, leaving stale DVB nodes backed by freed device state. Exploitation requires a system carrying a ttpci PCI card, an attach failure, and local access to the resulting DVB character devices; feed operations can disclose kernel memory, redirect writes, or panic the host.
