Service interruption via OverlayFS copy-up assertion

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.8 OverlayFS allows local users to trigger a kernel warning via concurrent lower-file resizing. During copy-up, ovl_verify_area wraps mismatched file positions, negative lengths, and offset overflow checks in WARN_ON_ONCE instead of returning EIO without an assertion. Local access to an OverlayFS lower file and a concurrent size change are required; the reported consequence is a kernel warning and interrupted copy-up, not data corruption.
