Local denial of service via leaked nft_stats

A memory leak in Linux nf_tables_updchain allows local users to exhaust kernel memory by causing netdev hook registration to fail. The function allocates nft_stats before calling nft_netdev_register_hooks() and fails to free that allocation when hook registration returns an error. Local low-privileged access is required; repeated failures can consume kernel memory and interrupt service.
