Kernel panic via stale netdev LED reference

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to panic the kernel by renaming a monitored network interface. The netdev LED trigger calls get_device_state() while trigger_data still references the old net_device, causing an invalid device reference during rename notification. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a netdev LED trigger associated with the renamed interface; successful exploitation crashes the host.
