Local service disruption via double refcount decrement

A refcount error in the Linux s390 DASD driver allows local users to disrupt service through repeated device-deletion errors. After a discipline is associated, an error path manually decrements its module reference even though device deletion performs the same decrement. Low-privileged local access to an s390 system with a DASD device is required; published evidence establishes availability impact but not the exact failure mode.
