System crash via unchecked cpufreq policy pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash affected systems through the Broadcom STB cpufreq driver. The brcm_avs_cpufreq_get function dereferences policy->driver_data without checking whether cpufreq_cpu_get returned NULL.
