Local process corruption via unchecked option writes

Out-of-bounds write in Linux libbpf 6.6 through 6.8.1 allows local users to corrupt an affected process's stack via bpf_xdp_query(). The function unconditionally stores feature_flags and xdp_zc_max_segs beyond an older, smaller bpf_xdp_query_opts structure instead of honoring its size. An unprivileged local process must run a libbpf consumer built against the pre-6.6 structure; the deterministic four-byte overwrite can crash the process or corrupt adjacent state.
