Local system crash via unchecked allocation failure

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the system through memory exhaustion. The nfp_fl_lag_do_work function dereferences acti_netdevs without checking whether kmalloc_array returned NULL. Reachability requires the NFP flower LAG work path to run after physical-memory exhaustion; the resulting kernel fault interrupts availability.
