Kernel panic or deadlock via failed block reservation

Denial of service in Linux f2fs recovery allows local users to crash or hang the kernel through induced block-allocation failure. When f2fs_reserve_new_block() returns -ENOSPC under FAULT_BLOCK injection, recovery reaches a BUG_ON or retries block reservation without a bound. The path requires an f2fs recovery operation with FAULT_BLOCK enabled; the consequence is a kernel panic or an indefinite recovery loop.
