Data corruption via shared mailbox interrupt handler

Race condition in the Linux octeontx2 AF driver before 6.9 allows local users to corrupt data by triggering concurrent mailbox interrupts. The interrupt setup registers one handler for both PF-to-AF and VF-to-AF vectors, allowing two CPUs to process the same mailbox event concurrently. Local access to a Marvell OcteonTX2 host with enabled PF/VF mailbox paths is required; simultaneous events corrupt kernel-managed data.
