Kernel disruption via stale DPLL registrations

Improper DPLL registration teardown in Linux 6.7 through 6.7.10 and 6.8 through 6.8.1 allows local users to trigger kernel warnings. The dpll_xa_ref_dpll_del() and dpll_xa_ref_pin_del() paths leave each registration on its list unless the shared reference count reaches zero. The defect appears when the same pin has multiple registrations on one DPLL device; published evidence reports WARN assertions during unregister, not a demonstrated crash.
