Local kernel compromise via PIPAPO dump race

Race condition in Linux kernel nftables PIPAPO sets allows local users to compromise the kernel through concurrent Netlink operations. The nft_pipapo_walk iterator selects a set view from a mutable generation mask, so a simultaneous transaction can switch the view and leave the dump walking stale data. Reaching the race requires Netlink control of a PIPAPO set and concurrent dump and update operations; successful exploitation can expose kernel data or redirect kernel control flow.
