Kernel crash via zero trip-statistics divisor

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.8 through 6.8.7 and 6.9-rc1 through 6.9-rc4 allows local users to crash the kernel. The thermal_debug_tz_trip_up() path computes an average with trip_stats.count still zero because the first upward crossing was not recorded. Reaching the divide error requires local access and a first upward thermal trip crossing while thermal debugfs statistics are active; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
