Incorrect authorization in FreeIPA 4.11.0 through 4.11.1 and 4.12.0 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate any domain user. The ipadb_match_acl() path applies the general constrained-delegation special case even when a target service is set, so the KDC accepts S4U2Proxy requests without a matching delegation rule. Exploitation requires a proxy service with a defined delegation rule and a nondefault target outside the IPA servers; RBCD services are unaffected.
