Kernel memory exposure via reset recovery race

Use-after-free in the Linux QAT driver allows local users to read freed memory and disrupt affected kernels during PCI AER recovery. The reset scheduler frees reset_data after a restart exceeds ten seconds, but adf_device_reset_worker later reads that allocation for completion notification. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an Intel QAT device undergoing the prolonged restart; the race can compromise kernel data or availability.
