Kernel memory disclosure via unterminated frequency tables

Out-of-bounds read in the Qualcomm IPQ5018 clock driver in the Linux kernel allows local users to disclose memory or interrupt service. Several frequency-table arrays omit their empty terminators, so qcom_find_freq() and qcom_find_freq_floor() walk beyond an array when a requested rate exceeds its final entry. Reachability requires the IPQ5018 global clock controller, and the resulting values can disclose kernel data, corrupt clocked I/O, or hang a peripheral or the SoC.
