Availability loss via unterminated frequency tables

An out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel allows local users to cause an availability failure during IPQ6018 clock-frequency lookup. Arrays in drivers/clk/qcom/gcc-ipq6018.c omit required empty terminators, so qcom_find_freq() or qcom_find_freq_floor() can traverse past their bounds. Reachability requires a kernel built for Qualcomm IPQ6018 clock hardware; the source does not specify whether the resulting failure hangs, crashes, or reboots.
