Local kernel memory disclosure via unterminated frequency tables

Out-of-bounds access in Linux 6.8 through 6.8.2 allows local users to disclose kernel memory or interrupt service through camera clock requests. Frequency tables in drivers/clk/qcom/camcc-sc8280xp.c omit sentinel entries, so qcom_find_freq() and qcom_find_freq_floor() traverse adjacent kernel data for above-maximum rate requests. Access to camera device nodes or the clock debugfs rate interface is required; a request can expose clock-state data, misprogram the camera clock tree, crash the kernel, or hang the device.
