USB module reload failure via suspended removal

Availability flaw in the Linux kernel DWC3 AM62 driver allows local users to disrupt USB controller module reloading. The removal callback accesses registers after runtime suspension, disables an already-disabled reference clock, and fails to depopulate child devices created during probing. Reachability requires privileged module removal on a system using the AM62 DWC3 controller; triggering the defect emits a kernel warning and leaves subsequent reloads nonfunctional.
