Stored XSS via unescaped authentication settings
Published Jul 12, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Stored XSS in Swift Ideas Swift Framework before 2024.04.30 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via saved settings. The Instagram Auth and Google Maps Auth fields store administrator-supplied values without sanitization and render them without escaping. Administrator access is required, and a later page load executes the stored script in a visitor's browser even when unfiltered_html is disabled.
