Kernel service interruption via incomplete Bluetooth cleanup

Denial of service in the Linux btnxpuart driver allows local users to trigger a kernel scheduling BUG during Bluetooth shutdown. btnxpuart_close leaves queued transmit packets and a receive buffer live while closing the serial device, permitting deferred work to run in an atomic HCI power-off context. Reachability requires an NXP UART Bluetooth controller and local ability to shut down its HCI device; the observed consequence is a kernel BUG and service interruption.
