Kernel crash via unmapped nilfs2 buffer read

Kernel denial of service in Linux allows local users to crash the system through write activity on a mounted nilfs2 filesystem. nilfs_get_block returns success after block lookup and insertion both fail inconsistently, causing __block_write_begin_int to request a read into an unmapped buffer. Reachability requires local filesystem access and the unexpected race; submit_bh_wbc then fails its BH_Mapped BUG_ON check.
