Kernel crash and memory access via freed peer

Use-after-free in Linux WireGuard netlink allows local users to crash the kernel or read and alter kernel memory through netlink. A partially drained device dump retains a peer cursor that can be freed when peers are replaced; resuming the dump dereferences peer->device and accesses reclaimed slab data. The sequence requires low-privileged local access and CAP_NET_ADMIN obtainable in a user namespace, with consequences bounded to the affected kernel.
