Local system crash via NULL state release

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel AMD display driver before 6.8.3 allows local users to crash the system. dc_state_release passes a NULL dc_state to the reference-release operation instead of rejecting it before accessing its refcount. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and execution of the AMD display path; the published assessment reports no data disclosure or modification.
