Kernel crash via zero IAA CPU divisor

Divide-by-zero in the IAA crypto driver in Linux 6.8 allows local users to crash the kernel through an affected workqueue layout. rebalance_wq_table() divides the online CPU count by the IAA device count without preventing a zero cpus_per_iaa result. The path requires the Intel IAA crypto driver and more IAA devices than online CPUs, and the resulting fault interrupts the system.
