Service interruption via leaked SCSI procfs directories

Resource exhaustion in the Linux SCSI core allows local users to interrupt service by leaking procfs host-directory entries. In drivers/scsi/hosts.c, scsi_host_dev_release() fails to remove the procfs directory when a host is allocated but scsi_add_host() never succeeds. Reaching the flaw requires local access and a failing USB mass-storage probe through the raw-gadget path; repeated triggers consume kernel resources and can interrupt service.
