Server-side XSS in SiYuan 3.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands when a victim imports malicious HTML. An imported file can contain an image error handler that invokes Electron's Node.js require function and child_process.exec without neutralization. Exploitation requires authenticated access and user interaction; the demonstrated consequence is command execution in the victim's SiYuan process on macOS.
