System hang via unflushed GFXOFF work

Improper locking in the Linux AMDGPU suspend path allows local users to deadlock the system by triggering suspend from a GNOME lock screen. The suspend path can enter GFXOFF while lock-screen-triggered SDMA traffic remains active because delayed GFXOFF work is not flushed before suspend. Reachability requires AMD graphics, GNOME lock-screen activity, and permission to suspend the host; the resulting availability loss is a system hang.
