Display underflow and corruption via omitted ODM calculation

Integer underflow in the AMD Display Core in Linux 6.7 through 6.7.5 allows local users to corrupt or interrupt 8K 30 Hz output. The pipe-split policy logic omits the Output Data Merger calculation, so it chooses a split configuration that cannot sustain the mode. Reachability requires a DCN35 AMD display engine and an 8K 30 Hz mode; the documented consequence is display underflow or corrupted output.
