Use-after-free in the Linux kernel AoE driver allows local users to execute kernel code or crash the system through a race. aoecmd_cfg_pkts releases a net_device reference after packet setup even though the queued transmit path later dereferences the device. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, the AoE driver, and winning the race; successful triggering permits kernel-level code execution or a system crash.
