Service degradation via CPU-idle device memory leak

Memory leakage in the ACPI processor-idle teardown path in affected Linux kernels allows local users to deplete kernel memory. acpi_processor_power_exit() unregisters the CPU idle device but fails to free its allocated memory, leaving an unreferenced object after teardown. Reachability requires local control over CPU-device removal; repeated teardown consumes kernel memory and can impair availability.
