Kernel crash via repeated SMC transport cleanup

Double free in the ARM SCMI SMC transport in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the kernel during failed probe cleanup. smc_chan_free accesses members of a shared transport_info pointer after an earlier protocol cleanup frees and nulls that structure. Reachability requires the ARM SCMI SMC transport, shared transport information, and a failed probe such as an unavailable SMC service; the bounded impact is a kernel oops or crash.
