Kernel crash via pvrusb2 disconnect race

Use-after-free in the pvrusb2 USB-media driver in Linux allows local users with high privileges to crash the kernel during device disconnect. pvr2_context_disconnect sets disconnect_flag before completing teardown, allowing the context thread to free mp while pvr2_context_set_notify still reads it. Reaching the race requires high local privileges and a pvrusb2 device; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash.
