Local system compromise via RDS timer use-after-free

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel RDS/TCP subsystem allows local users to crash the system during network-namespace teardown. A request socket retains a freed network-namespace object because the global ehash path fails to purge kernel-listener timers before teardown. Low-privileged access through user namespaces is sufficient; successful heap reuse also enables kernel data exposure or control-flow corruption.
