Kernel startup crash via non-devmap PUD test entries

Denial of service in Linux 6.6 through 6.7.8 and 6.8 release candidates allows local users to crash a CONFIG_DEBUG_VM powerpc kernel. The pud_advanced_tests function creates ordinary PUD entries, then passes them to powerpc huge-page helpers whose debug checks accept only devmap entries. The failure occurs during the initialization self-test only on affected powerpc builds with CONFIG_DEBUG_VM, producing a warning or kernel BUG that interrupts startup.
