Local system crash via RTAS name mismatch

A NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash PowerPC systems during RTAS calls. The PowerPC RTAS table records the plural ibm,reset-pe-dma-windows name while firmware exposes the singular name, causing reverse lookup to return NULL for the service token. Reachability requires affected PAPR firmware plus active RTAS tracepoints or lockdep; dereferencing the failed lookup causes a kernel oops and service interruption.
