Kernel worker hang via orphaned abort reference

Denial of service in the SCSI target core in Linux allows local users to hang a kernel worker through iSCSI task management. An iSCSI-handled abort is incorrectly placed on tmr_list without entering target core, so a LUN_RESET takes its reference and waits for a completion that never occurs. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and an active iSCSI target path; the blocked workqueue interrupts target operations without reported data disclosure or modification.
