Kernel crash via out-of-range UFS tag shift

Out-of-bounds shift handling in the UFS core of Linux 6.5 through 6.8-rc3 allows local users to crash the kernel during error recovery. In ufshcd_clear_cmd(), a 32-bit 1U value is shifted by task_tag even when multi-queue mode assigns a tag of 32 or greater, producing an invalid mask operation. Triggering the path requires a UFS controller using multi-queue mode and a qualifying tag during UFS error handling; the observed result is a kernel exception and service interruption.
